Defense has always been the bigger problem, but the Packers have never been stacked in the skill position department.
Adams might be the best weapon Rodgers has ever had. He would play well anywhere. But outside of that I think Rodgers has been turning okay and good receivers into great ones for most of his career. Look at what James Jones, Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings and others did after playing for him. Has any Packer skill player left and had more or even a similar level of success? Any at all?
Underrated though, the Packers have always seemed to do a good job of putting a great O-Line in front of Rodgers.
