Every team that's been contractually obligated to a conference has gotten out
for pennies on the dollar. Probably not much difference here.

Apparently B12 Bylaws require an 18 month notice before a school can withdraw. So from a practical perspective, 2023-24

Maryland got out for $32M instead of $52M. So it still cost a lot.
