"Tougher competition"? Really? Also, things I think Romney in 2019 was clearly

better at than Hall:

Speed in decision-making on throws.

Patience in pocket.

Going through progressions.

Handling blitzes (Boise really game-planned to kill him with this — & he passed with flying colors. He should get a lot more credit for that than he does).

Scrambling & moving in the pocket.

Ball-placement on short & medium throws.

I would say he also sees the field better & plays better under pressure, but those things may be due to his superiority at the above things.
