yes but it's not limited to career achievements only especially when...
...the sport has such a limited length of career. For Luke, injuries limited him early on and it seemed he could never get 100% healthy, iirc things all came together for him in his junior year and he was finally healthy. He ended up injuring his knee at the end of the Miss St game and missed the Hawaii game and the bowl game (the only 2 losses that year). Doman and our offense did not look the same w/o Staley.
If you ding him for QB play, scheme, OL etc then you have to do the same thing for Unga and Williams.
