Sports viewership is down across the board. The NBA, NFL, and college sports...
have all experienced significant loss of viewership and revenue in recent years.
It’s more than just viewership and revenues that are trending downwards, though. Participation in youth sports are dropping sharply, too. The future doesn’t currently look good for professional or collegiate sports.
