It might help us get a couple more Q2 wins but BYU's historical record against St Mary's is just not very good and has included a number of very frustrating losses (Delleva-dagger, lost in WCC tourney last year, OT loss in 2018, getting thumped at home in 2012, etc). BYU has beaten SMC twice in the same season only once (2014) in BYU's 10 WCC seasons. BYU is also 1-2 against the Gaels in WCC play.

Really I just have St Mary's PTSD.
