The Giver.
Tie it in to how Adam and Eve were like the people in the community. They didn't have the capacity to know right from wrong, pain or pleasure. Then as Jonas partakes of the knowledge, he opens them up to all of that.
At th end, he goes to that cabin that is decorated for Christmas and Christmas music is playing representing how redemption comes through Christ.
