We’re so low that all the others elements resulted in me getting a check at closing rather than me paying anything. To be clear I know I didn’t earn money at closing, just saying my closing costs were low. Plus in most (all?) you may skip a month of payment as well. I wasn’t considering refi, but when I finally got pushed hard enough and looked into it with a bank and with rocket mortgage I couldn’t pass it up—saving about $500 a month now.
