The VX-3i does have better coatings and is a little lighter than the Freedom
but they are all overbuilt at Leupold and I've heard the VX-3i might have some kinks still be worked out since they are the newest scope from Leupold.

It's literally just for hunting. I don't do any target shooting for sport. I shoot just for hunting so I'm wondering

From what I can see I would go with the Freedom just for the ability to order the custom dial system specific to your

I'd get the VX-3i. Leupold will do that custom turret on any of their scopes for
