Absolutely correct! Hitting that weight is just Phase 1. Phase 2? Ramp up the
calories to maintenance level, increase protein intake to 1g/pound lean muscle mass, dial back the cardio and amp up the weights. I won't be changing what I eat; just eating more of it. I already enjoy my diet, with thanks to Coach Greg.
