Its hard to find a decent Bagel in Utah. There are a few small shops around that can do a good New York style Bagel... but most of the time you just find 'rolls with holes in the middle'.

Costco is now selling bags of 'Water Bagels' in their bakery area. This isn't the trasy 'Einstein Bros' bagels Costco sold in the past. These new bagels are actually real bagels.

Nice crust (obviously boiled)
Chewy
Tastes like a Bagel not bread

Solid B+ on my Bagel score.

Plus, you can buy 3lb's of Raskas Cream Cheese at Costco.. and IMHO, that makes the trip worth while (Raskas = best cream cheese).
