A good receiver is not only based on agility and top end speed. Just ask Cody Hoffman.
(1) Pau’u is experienced. He’s played numerous games against P5 DBs. It will take time for Jackson and Epps to adjust to the D1 level.
(2) reliable hands and YAC. Don’t have stats to prove this, but from my memory Pau’u has reliable hands and has been able to make defenders miss in the open field to help move the change.
(3) solid measurables. His good height and physical toughness in the red zone will make him a constant threat in the red zone.
