Hasn't Utah been in a significant drought for decades?
I honestly don't know, but have always had the impression from discussions on here and the fact that Utah is a desert climate that drought is always a thing there.

That's weird. Last month was the wettest June in several years. And the mountains got snow on June 29-30.
