There's unflagged handplay and more from receiver and defender in today's game.
If holding and grabbing is unique to Utah secondary and is not part of the game, then why is Utah's secondary promoted to the NFL more than almost any other program (top 10 placement)? This would indicate that it is at least part of the NFL game.
