I exercised 3-4 days a week for about 30 minutes. It helped.
Then I got my diet in order and started dropping weight and exercise became more fun. I started doing 30-60 minutes a day. I lost weight and started feeling much better.
Since COVID I've felt cooped up so I get out and work out more (1-2 hours a day). I haven't felt this good since I was a teenager (I'm in my 40s). I'm not shredded but I have more energy, have more fun with my kids, and like the idea of having muscles.
Exercise is good.
