I spend about 1 1/2 hours at the gym 5-6 days per week. I’ll take days off when I feel I need to rest but that’s my average.
I’m not there killing myself though, I spend 10 minutes on the bike warming up, then I lift, them 20 minutes on the bike to finish. Doesn’t seem like I’m taking it “too far”. Frankly I probably should do more.
