I think people ruin places at least as often, if not more so, than dogs. The OP described people blasting their music
...and kind of ruining things for others. I've had similar experiences.

I did the Upper Falls in October 2018. It's also a great hike, but very different from the lower falls.

I've done Lower Calf Creek in mid summer. It's hot for most of the hike, but not too bad. It also makes swimming in
