Regardless of what the actual numbers are in China, theirs will be massively better than ours per capita
Quite simply, their people comply with orders and do things like wear masks. Asian cultures tend to be better at following best practices and not more concerned with individualism and a notion of exhaustive freedom regardless of circumstance and evidence seems to be proving those measures really matter in this case.
