ReyOso Intervention Needed
So, if traffic fatalities suddenly doubled, you wouldn't grow concerned?

Because that's essentially where we're at now, adding a daily death toll that's more or less equivalent to car deaths, except in a few days it will most likely be equivalent to murders and car accidents put together, and a few days after that we're going to add the same number of people who commit suicide.

More people are dying right now in Italy per day (~650) than all the accidental deaths in the U.S. put together (~375 per day). How long before you start to think that's a problem?

Cancer kills ~1,600 people per day in the U.S. Would you agree that if we get to that number that we're going to have a serious problem? Because one week ago we had 12 deaths, and this Sunday are going to approach 10X that number by the time we check in tomorrow morning. I don't really care for that trajectory.
