How do we know the spread isn't 10x worse than being reported?

I know I don't trust third world countries' ability to even recognize and document contagious diseases, much less contain and treat them.

And this isn't Ebola or cholera where blood is pouring out of people's orifices. Most people show no recognizable symptoms.

And at the end of the day, China is going to have to answer for this one.
