Fitness Valentines Friday: What's your lift today?
Me - Morning of upper with 100 pull ups and some chest, shoulder, and back work. This afternoon I'll do a 6 mile trail run. And then 200 push ups pre date (for a pump obviously) with a little yoga to stay pliable.
