Yeah the point is dont eat all night. Have a small meal, enough protein and go
to bed without over doing it. You will be hungry for a few days if you're used to snacking all evening. That's what I meant. Not to starve yourself.

If you do this then you will get cut. You also wont be hungry after a bit.

The truth is that if you just want to get big then eat and carb load and lift and lift and lift. but if you want to get cut you got to drop the fat by eating less
