Shannahan may love him, but he knows he is limited. Pretty obvious with the play calls he gives him and the offense he has built. At no time during the SB did I feel Jimmy was confident in his reads, his throws or stepping up in the moment. Brady is not the answer. I do think Lynch will be looking to upgrade the QB position if he can. While I don't hate Jimmy, I think SF could do better. I can't remember what analyst it was on ESPN, but they basically compared him to Matt Schaub of the Texans.
