You keep using plural adjectives and pronouns to describe two posts by 1 person. "He", not "they".
And you say your post "provoked" them. What about this person's response made it sound like he was provoked? "None of your complaints are true for me. Probably a user error." That's a very mild comment to provoke such a response from you. Not only did you come back at him with the overused "you must work there" retort, but over a week later you're still thinking about it to the extent that you linked to it as evidence that "some people" (again, it was one, singular person) are "touchy".
Again, the evidence that is "right there for everyone to read" is that you're the one being "touchy" and/or "triggered" and/or "provoked".
