I voted Tom Cruise even though he isn't the correct answer

just because of how many good action movies he has done. Action movie stars don't just fade away, they fall off a cliff. They eventually start doing really, really terrible movies. Cruise has a blip every once in a while, but to me he is the ultimate overachiever.
