80s BYU is when they put when BYU put their name on the map. They found their
best coach, won a NC, had a legendary QB tree, helped change how football is played with their passing game, won lots of bowl games, were ranked a lot, won multiple conference championships, grabbed national attention, dominated Utah, and always had domething to play for. Most BYU fans I know grew to love BYU because of what happened in the 80s. Without the 80s BYU football is not what it is today.
