The unsustainable part that they want to do is to link it to Medicare reimbursement rates...which is problematic for many specialties.

Medicare reimbursement is essentially charity work. Drives everyone to having to work for the giant insurance/medical groups...or the government.

I support patients being harmless for surprise bills. But doing it the wrong way is a step closer to social medicine.
