The new artificial turf is so nice on the legs. I used to ref lacrosse on many of the HS fields in northern Utah,
And I always preferred the new artificial turf fields. Could run around on those fields for much longer than on grass fields. Of course, I didn’t go into the field on Saturday as Injust needed to get to a gas station to get a massive bottle of water so I don’t know what BYUs field is like these days.

Remember the first year that the new grass was used? Big chunks of it would dislodge leaving patches of open soil.
