I was on the field after the game
My 11 year old step daughter wanted to “rush” the field after the game so we went down.
It was my first time on the field and I was impressed by how nice the grass was. So short and smooth. I would think it’s much nicer play on that than any artificial surface

The new artificial turf is so nice on the legs. I used to ref lacrosse on many of the HS fields in northern Utah,

Remember the first year that the new grass was used? Big chunks of it would dislodge leaving patches of open soil.
