I think you just add it as an account in the settings. That's what I did and it

What server hosts your outlook? If it's office365 then it should be easy. If it's a corporate outlook server yiu

Oh Google only fetches updates once a day. It's annoying. But it does work.

In the app the 3 button menu in the upper right says "refresh" but maybe that

Oh, yeah in the app that just refreshes the data from Google to your app. The only way to force a refresh

I use gSyncit. There used to be lots of options that automatically synced
