They'll absolutely be weak overall because that's the Pac12 in general. But at the top? Too many bipolar teams with question marks that may or may not be answered. But the athletic potential will always be there. Oregon, Washington, USC, WSU, Stanford, they could all end up challenging Utah plenty. Some of them could end up sucking, or they could win 10 games.

If you think you have a clue how it will pan out for them, you're crazy. Way too hard to say either way right now. USC is stacked but their coaching will usually hold them back. Washington is missing a ton defensively but they have great coaching.
