It's great, but it wasn't as hard as you make it sound.
Here are the other starting QBs against WMU last year:
Syracuse Eric Dungey: 7/17 (41.2%) for 184 yards and 2 TDs
Michigan Shea Patterson: 12/17 (70.6%) for 125 yards and 3 TDs (190.6 rating)
GA ST Dan Ellington: 19/29 (65.5%) for 285 yards with 0 TDs and 1 INT
Miami (OH) Gus Ragland: 22/32 (68.8%) for 294 yards and 3 TDs
EMU Mike Glass: 15/24 for 155 yards and 1 TD
BGSU Jarret Doege 21/34 (61.8%) for 379 yards with 3 TDs and 1 INT
CMU Tommy Lazzaro: 9/24 (37.5%) for 104 yards with 0 TDs and 2 INT
Toledo Eli Peters: 8/14 (57.1%) for 107 yards and 3 TDs
Ohio Nathan Rourke: 12/14 (85.7%) for 149 yards and 3 TDs
Ball St. Drew Plitt: 21/26 (80.8%) for 258 yards with 3 TDs and 2 INT
NIU Marcus Childers: 14/21 (66.7%) for 156 yards with 1 TD and 2 INT
There are three QBs over 70%, and another 4 over 60%. Going 100% is great, and good for him, but it was a garbage defense, which sort of proves my point. You guys love to prop up Wilson (and Mangum and a bunch of other players the past 8 years) for beating up on the terrible part of your schedule.
