I honestly think KS is getting through most of his learning curve (and it has been a brutal education) and this team is on the upswing.
The sad fact is even if the team is greatly improved starting out 0-4 isn't that far out of the question.
Utah - No further analysis needed
Tennessee - I don't care what people think. Taking on a traditional SEC power, on the road is no easy task. Even if TN is terrible by their standards the odds will still be against a BYU victory
USC - Same as TN but at least we have them at home.
UW - They've basically toyed with BYU recently and still have superior talent and coaching.
0-4 is very real. Then to add salt to the wounds victories over BSU and USU are big maybes. Traveling clear to Ohio and Florida takes a toll as well. This is just a very, very tough schedule for an unproven team.
Hopefully KS can pull some Wisconsin like victories out of his hat and avoid the total NIU type of letdowns.
