Okay, the comparison to USU was a kick below the belt. I'll admit it.
I really liked Pullman. I truly did. It was a great place.
But their math department (which is where I was looking at PhD programs) was icky bad. Dim. Broken down. Leaky. Stinky.
I only saw parts of campus, so other parts might be a lot nicer. I do remember some nicer parts. But their math building was worse than the Animal Science Building at USU. And that's saying something, because USU's facilities are mostly garbage outside of the business school and a few of the engineering buildings.
