I don’t think she’d have the focus at that age for any training. I’d keep her

Active and involved in sports for the next few years then have her go to a sports performance gym. Like Next Level Fitness and Performance in Lindon (Mike Stroshine) when she is old enough to be focused on working out for an hour+ a few times a week.
