Any tips for speed training/ track and field for a 4y/o in northern Utah co?
Im sure this will come off as braggy but my daughter is fast for her age and I want to see what I can do to develop her talent.
She was by far the fastest girl on her little soccer team and most kids were 5.
This past Sunday, while all of my siblings were at my parents house, I told my family that my daughter was pretty fast, so we did races. She beat her much older cousins (8yos and under) in every race.
Are there track programs for this young?
