Nightshade, and soy as part of a healthy diet.
I’m fine with whatever works for you.but for me there’s a big leap from a veggie heavy based diet, fresh foods and cutting out processed junk food (with wierd soy additive) to cutting out grains, tomatoes, tofu, and a piece of cheese. That doesn’t totally make sense to me and not convinced that’s a model to be applied across the board.
But I can see how saying no bread if you have a bread problem will help someone control their diet. I dont keep soda in our house or ice cream because if it’s there we eat it all. But we buy it occasionally knowing we’ll gorge.
Most recommendations I read are half plate of vegetables, a serving of protein and serving carbs.
Most plates are half carbs and half protein.
Im glad you feel good.
