Nutrition 101 guys...muscle burns a lot more energy. Guys like Gronk have to eat several thousand calories per day just to maintain their wait. Stop with the Roid BS. My own kid played D1 FB and was 6'3" 250 as an edge rusher and OLB. 6 months after his playing days were over, he dropped 35 pounds by just taking away all of his meal gainer protein shakes every day. It is really hard for these guys to maintain weight...just look at Tyler Huntley at Utah...he has tried to gain wait with a very aggressive program and has only gained 15-20 pounds in 3+ years.
