I am a Summerlin snob, but I would say Henderson is a close 2nd
I hated Summerlin until I moved there. Now I see the light. It’s the best area in Vegas to live IMO. Wards in Summerlin are just better than most of the rest of Vegas IMO.
Palo is probably the best HS and Goolsby IS the best elementary school in the state.
That may not be saying much, but it’s the truth.
Henderson has some nice areas though and good wards and if you are into boating at all, it’s super nice living close to the Lake. Lake Mead is great for boating. Very wide open even when it is super busy and you can make use of it for more than half the year. Also cheaper than Summerlin in many parts. More room out there too.
