I have a 1/3 acre and I hate it. Yards in the south have crappy grass, ants
everywhere, and generally suck. I’d love to have a yard barely bigger than my house. Just mowing the grass is such a pain.

I think it’s weird when couples in their 60s build big homes and claim it’s for their grandchildren...
