Turd Ferguson All-American

Dissolve the divisions at the end of the season and you would get faster times. You have kids that are the State Champ that wouldn't even make the finals in another division.

Competition would be much better.

Strategy. The fastest kid in Utah 6A didn't run in the 4x100 relay. They won the race without him.
