We leased a Cadillac Escalade around the same time with the same dealership. (Awesome experience with Harmon’s auto center btw) They were absolutely clueless about miles. I remember my wife and I trying to explain to them to get new tires when they turn in the lease don’t go over miles etc. Their basic response was, “we’re a BYU football coaching family the dealership will do whatever we tell them to do.” I just shook my head.
