I've been asked to video stream a funeral of a man whose son is on a mission
right now - this is how the son will see his father's funeral. I am thinking of just doing a private youtube live stream, shutting off the rest of the wifi in the chapel. This is not a stake center so there is no streaming equipment there. So my questions, if anyone knows:

Can I clock all wifi traffic but mine (I have technology specialist access)
Will I be able to even access youtube on the network?
I need a good USB streaming camera and a good way to capture the audio. Any thoughts?

This is one I'd like to have run really smoothly for obvious reasons.
