Did anyone's kid get a 4 year scholarship?

I really thought my son had the numbers... But the letter only states Fall/Winter... Does that mean he only got a one year scholarship? What does the letter look like if you get the 4 year award?

It seems like most scholarships are one year and you keep them with

Previously a 4 year only needed a 3.7 to keep...1 year has 3.9+ to renew

I never had a GPA min to maintain on a 4 year. Just minimum credits—14
