Fffffffftttttt
But I do think that if I was on the jury and sitting in court and all the stuff was explained further by the prosecutor,
I could likely be swayed. Especially when it comes to some of the chemicals and medicines and stuff that Josh had for super dumb reasons.

Guilty

Before or after he torched the house with his children inside?

Well it would be hard to put him on trial after he killed himself, Indy.

Although I would have suspected he was guilty, it's easy to say you would have

I think he was guilty. But if I were on a jury my vote would have to be not

I would have voted guilty — based on circumstantial evidence. The only thing

And that's the problem. Hard to convict without a body.

Agreed - the only reasonable theory I've heard is that Josh murdered her

The "blood" wasn't very sigificant at all. You can't convict someone for murder
Jericho

It was huge that he lied about cleaning blood off the couch.

The evidence that is most damning in my opinion is his actions after she went missing
Remigius

But none of that is strong enough evidence to convict someone of murder, IMO. It's weird and concerning, but that's it.

Yep, everyone knows he killed her, but there is not enough evidence to convict.

There was just enough evidence to get a hung jury. Some would see it as enough,
