Losing to Utah has a disproportionate impact on our chances for success in the future (particularly in recruiting but also just in things like willingness of fans to come out and create a home-field advantage). If we had lost to another team ranked similarly (Kentucky, NW, Miss. St.) it's highly unlikely the outcome of the game would sway a recruit that we were battling that team for.
