How about some credit to Kalani for hiring him?

Good leaders aren't afraid to hire people who are better than them in many aspects.

There are too many leaders out there who hire down due to their own insecurities (either consciously or subconsciously) and because they don't want to be challenged.

With that said, your celebration of Grimes is premature.
