The nice thing about the Yale-Harvard area is that it still has a neighborhood feel. The LDS/other mix is changing but the concept of knowing your neighbors hasn't changed. You are still fifteen minutes from most things you want to do or go. Grocery stores, libraries, bookstores, gas stations, post offices, restaurants are all five to ten minutes away. House prices have skyrocketed and a couple of builders have taken advantage by building obscenely large houses built to property lines in neighborhoods of smaller homes. Most treets are lined with mature trees and mostly comfortable homes.
