Well even if it went to the ceiling and even mostly to the floor.
That would be worlds better then they way it currently is.
Not sure if anyone else had this, but my elementary school growing up, the stalls didn't go very high at all. LSomeone could be walking by and just look at your while you were doing your business. I would say it was like hovering above 5 feet tall.
