The Caramello in the US is actually Hershey, despite being sold as Cadbury
In fact, Hershey has been suing companies that ship Cadbury branded chocolates from England to resell in the US. Personally, I find the English Cadbury's to be better — mostly because of the Cadbury chocolate, since the American bars use Hershey's chocolate.
